Visa Information

This page contains general information about invite letter to obtain visa to attend the conference in India. Please note delegates are advised to consult with the Indian embassy and consulate services in their home country regarding visa requirements:
According to Indian law, travellers from certain countries can avail an e-tourist visa for a limited period for tourism, medical treatment, casual business or to visit friends/ relatives, etc.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

 
  • All foreign nationals require an Indian conference visa
  • Citizens of 171 countries can apply online for e-conference visa on the official Indian government portal
  • Online e-conference visa application with Instructions
  • No requirement of vaccinations for visa
  • Conference organizers will provide appropriate information and support.
All passengers are required to clear Immigration and have their passports stamped during both arrival and departure.

Letter of Invitation and Ministry Permission Documents:

 
a. The letter of invitation and documents can be generated for you, after you complete your registration for conference: Click here
b. Details required from you:
  • Full Name as in passport
  • Nationality
  • Passport Number
  • Passport Validity – From & To Date
  • Address to whom the letter needs to be addressed
c. Visa Letters will be provided within 2-3 working days of receipt of requests.
d. With the Visa letters, delegates need to make an appointment with the Indian embassy and consulate services in their home country to obtain an Indian visa.
