Registration Deadline

 

Registration for the APAC 2025 meetings will close on May 15, 2025 till 05:00 PM (India Time).

Cancellation / Refund Policy of Registration

 
  • Cancellations must be submitted by email to apac2025@qcin.org.
  • All email correspondence must originate for the record of registration for consideration as a valid request.
  • Cancellations received on or before May 15, 2025 till 05:00 PM (India Time) will receive a full refund less a US$ 250 administration fee.
  • Refund will be processed within 10 working days on receipt of request from the delegate and will be credited in delegate account around 10-15 working days.
  • Cancellations received thereafter are not eligible for refunds.
